Refund and Returns Policy

BY MAKING ANY PURCHASE ON MOTIVEXCARDHAUS.COM, YOU ACKNOLWEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOLLOWING:
ONCE YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN OPENED ON THE LIVE STREAM, THERE IS NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES.
Refunds
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please email me at hello@motivecardhaus.com with details of the product.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@motivexcardhaus.com .
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@motivexcardhaus.com and send your item to: 61 Ubi Ave 1 #03-14, Ubi Point Singapore 408941.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
* We do not assume any responsibility for packages damaged or missing during the shipping process. All inquiries will must be taken up with the logistics company themself.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 61 Ubi Ave 1 #03-14, Ubi Point Singapore 408941.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
